Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Financial Controller to join our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career in hospitality controlling, with a focus on inventory management, financial controls, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Support management of Food Beverage inventory processes, including audits, record maintenance, and discrepancy identification.
Monitor operational inventory systems for accuracy and support inventory control procedures.
Assist in tracking and reporting company KPIs, data gathering, and performance reporting.
Support budget preparation and variance analysis, collaborating with department supervisors.
Maintain internal control procedures and participate in process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related area
Basic understanding of inventory management principles
Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in hospitality or FB operations
Familiarity with inventory management systems and Business Central Microsoft
Experience with financial reporting and basic accounting principles
