1. Org Marketing Statement
Parker Hannifin EMEA Sàrl (“PHES”), based in Etoy, Switzerland, is the Principal Operating Company for Parker in the EMEA region. It is supported by a network of Parker Manufacturing Divisions and Sales Company Entities. The Fluid Connectors Group EMEA is a strategic business group within PHES. Polymer Hose Division Europe is a key service provider to PHES.
2. Position Summary
Provide leadership and management for the quality function and sustain the quality philosophy and Lean culture at the plant level. Implement the division’s quality plan at the plant level to achieve the division's overall quality objectives. Enhance and improve products and services through problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source, and continual improvement techniques.

4. Qualifications
Engineering degree, ideally with a focus on quality management / process or chemistry. Six to ten years of quality management experience in a company focused on quality. Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001, and preferably automotive-industry requirement IATF 16949. Training for internal/external auditor ISO 9001. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr) is preferred. Ability to instruct on widely used quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Problem Solving Techniques, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA). Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to be a change agent and mentor for the team. Available to travel nationally and internationally. Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
