We are looking for an Infrastructure & Operations Manager in Altavilla Vicentina (Italy) on a permanent contract, tempo pieno to join our EMEA IT Team.
Infrastructure & Operations Manager EMEA
is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and operations across all EMEA sites. This role manages hybrid environments (on premises & cloud), networks, end‑user computing, and IT service delivery, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies defined at headquarters.
Key Responsibilities For This Role
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services).
- Oversee networks, endpoint management, security, and business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with global IT policies (security, network, access), implementing local processes aligned with corporate standards.
- Lead IT operations, SLA compliance, incident/problem/change management, and vendor coordination.
- Drive IT projects and improvements across the region, ensuring readiness for new deployments or upgrades.
- Lead and mentor a distributed IT team; manage budgets and contracts.
Skills Requirements For This Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure & Operations management in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, O365, Intune, Power Platform).
- Experience with virtualization, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with ERP environments (Business Central, SAP) and enterprise systems integration.
- Fluent in English. French can be a plus.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on operational capability.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative approach across multi‑country teams.
- Vendor and budget management experience.
