Position
We have an exciting opportunity to join the advertising team in Witailer, the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of Retex, as a Digital Advertising Specialist. If you are passionate about digital advertising and driven by data, this is the perfect match! As our new Digital Advertising Specialist, you will delve into online marketing, playing a key role in optimizing our clients' advertising investments and supporting their growth.
The Role You Will Play:
1. Client Revenue Maximization: Support clients in maximizing revenue and optimizing ROI of advertising investments. Help define advertising strategies for paid search and programmatic advertising.
2. Campaign Implementation: Conduct keyword and product research, create campaigns on Amazon Advertising platform, and actively manage and optimize pay-per-click/search and programmatic campaigns to improve ROAS, clickthrough, conversion rate, search ranking, discoverability, and visibility.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, monitor against objectives, and provide insights to exceed expectations. Use data-driven approaches for decision-making and campaign optimization.
4. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, forecast sales growth and ROAS, and ensure strategic allocation of investments for maximum impact.
5. Innovation and Adaptability: Keep up with new Amazon Advertising features and integrate them into strategies to deliver additional value.
Requirements
You may not have all, but we believe you would excel with these characteristics:
1. Educational and Professional Mastery: 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or e-commerce, especially in digital advertising, campaign monitoring, optimization, and data analysis.
2. Technical Fluency: Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Amazon Advertising Platform is a plus.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across stakeholders. A team player with a cooperative spirit is essential.
4. Initiative and Organization: Attention to detail, proactivity, motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Linguistic Skills: Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
