Ph3bPosition /b /h3 pThe Department Manager works close to the Store Manager to support the Store' organization and contributes to run properly its own department activities, meeting KPIs and striving to achieve assigned goals. He/she is responsible for merchandising, stock availability, sales, profitability, customer journey, team, and general day-by-day management. /p h3bJob responsibilities /b /h3 h3bCategory Sales Management and Business Development /b /h3 ul liLead and develop the business of the Department, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders /li liMonitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs; /li liAnalyze the category business, propose and implement action plans to improve results; /li liSet category performance target for the team and individual with the Store Manager; /li liBe sensitive to competitors' trading activities and give feedback to Store Manager. /li /ul h3bClient Management /b /h3 ul liLeverage all clienteling tools to achieve Department and Store business goals; /li liDemonstrate as a sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities; /li liManage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards; /li liImprove Mystery action plans; /li liImplement appropriate CRM tools and develop loyal customer of particular product category; /li liAct as brand category ambassador to educate VIP and new Clients; /li liParticipate into ad-hoc Clientele projects. /li /ul h3bOperations and Visual Merchandising /b /h3 ul liEnsure that merchandize is properly managed, displayed, stored and maintained by team; /li liMaintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards; /li liReport to Stock Planning and Merchandising team when there is out of stock on best sellers. /li liMaintain the Visual Merchandising consistent with Company standards; /li liAlign periodically visual merchandising and sales performance; /li liMake the best out of the display and proximity storage. /li /ul h3bTeam Management and Development /b /h3 ul liDiscuss individual performance every month and coach team members /li liMotivate the team so that they perform at their highest level to meet their individual and store objectives /li liOrganize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility /li liTranslate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives /li liConduct category training to the team /li liExecute the in-store training routine set by the Store Manager /li /ul h3bProfile /b /h3 ul li5 years' experience in a Supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales with exposure to the relevant category /li liMaster's Degree or equivalent is preferred /li liManages own image standards on a high level /li liStrong selling and communication skills are necessary /li liExcellent relationships skills, self-reliant /li liConfidence, organizational skills, professionalism /li liClient focus with great business acumen /li liAdministration and financial skills /li liComputer skills and Retail management system knowledge /li liGoal oriented approach, multitasking /li liFluency in English; a third language will be considered a plus /li /ul h3bFENDI MAISON /b /h3 pThe Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925.
