Job Purpose MSC Cruises is the world’s third-largest cruise brand and a leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa, with significant market share and capacity. We are seeking an IT Product Owner for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub. The Product Owner will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, focusing on project delivery strategy, planning, execution, and quality assurance in Data and AI transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders to design solutions with Business Analysts. Manage analytics project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, and risk. Ensure project work meets contractual service levels and quality standards. Coordinate cross-team efforts, acting as the main contact for projects. Report progress to steering and operational committees. Maintain standards for development tools, methodologies, and controls. Communicate with line managers regarding resource allocation and team performance. Lead solution implementation with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals. Work with distributed teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues. Manage stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycle. Create change and release documentation to facilitate deployment processes. Research and implement best practices to improve data quality and process efficiency. Qualifications: Over 7 years of experience in BI and Analytics. Proven track record delivering end-to-end Data Analytics solutions. Extensive experience with MS SQL and Azure; Oracle is a plus. Risk management skills and ability to handle multiple projects. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Knowledge of Revenue and Yield Management is a plus. Visa Requirements: Right to work in Italy.
