We encourage the contribution of your initiative, skills, and experiences to collectively achieve our shared objectives. /p pDiscover a rewarding career at Celli Group, where your professional journey aligns with a global leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in the beverage industry. /p h3Your job /h3 pYou will be actively involved in defining, reviewing and updating the Group’s project management processes, support the Head of Project Management in coordinating internal resources and monitoring the proper execution of projects, ensuring that project development meets planned deadlines and budgets, in line with the Group’s development strategies. /p pIn details, you will: /p ul liCreate the Project Management Plan /li liLead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders). /li liEnsure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work. /li liCreate the Project Scope definition. /li liEnsure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained. /li liCreate, Maintain the Project Risk List /li liCreate, maintain and run the Project Communication plan /li liActively work on continuous improvement of Project management processes /li liBe the reference point for internal resources in order to transfer knowledge, skills and best practices to junior members of the team /li liCollaborate with other internal departments to ensure projects are running smoothly /li /ul h3Your profile in order to be successful /h3 h3Experiences and job requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment /li liProven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically) /li liProven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer /li liFamiliar with structured problem-solving methodologies /li liAbroad experience will be considered a plus /li /ul h3Technical skills /h3 ul liKnowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified. /li liGood Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics) /li liGood ability to run configuration management and change management in the project. /li liGood skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and other necessary tools (e.g., to control project budget) /li liGood knowledge in moder ERP system as D365 or SAP /li liAdequate Know-how in Contracting and commercial practice /li liSix-Sigma black belt certification will be considered a plus /li /ul h3Personal attitude /h3 ul liGood social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team) /li liFluent in the English language, verbally and in writing /li /ul pWorking Place: San Giovanni in Marignano (RN) /p pYou are allowed to up to 4 days per month in smartworking /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
