The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology is responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and execution for Global Blue’s technology and product functions. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top IT and digital talent across multiple countries, supporting the company’s global growth and innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets.

Experience & Education
10. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
11. 3+ years in tech recruitment, ideally in a multinational or matrix organization
12. Proven success hiring across software engineering, product, infrastructure, and data roles

13. Strategic thinking and business acumen
14. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
15. High adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment
16. Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS)
17. Advanced interviewing and assessment techniques
18. Data-driven recruitment and reporting
19. Project management and process optimization
20. Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
