In brief: For the Specialty area we are looking for a Market Access Manager who will assume full accountability of key specialist portfolio assets, developing and sustaining a value proposition that aligns with national and regional payer perspectives. The selected candidate will engage with: External experts participating in drug evaluation mechanisms Public health policy makers Marketing directors Launch Lead Governance affairs Medical director Finance Regulatory Regional Access Manager (RAM) Key Account Manager (KAM) Responsibilities: Prepare and develop the negotiation strategy (P&R) Generate pharmacoeconomic evidence to support product value propositions Collaborate cross‑functional locally and across Europe to generate Real World Evidence studies Interpret payer expectations around product value through constructive interaction with external experts, policy makers, public decision makers and regional access agencies Analyze regulatory and healthcare policy trends to assess impacts for the corporate pipeline Maintain coordination with the international Market Access and Value & Health Outcome network for assigned products Ensure plans contain effective measures aligned with analyzed trends to develop an appropriate value proposition for decision makers Actively participate in interdepartmental Market Access meetings Ensure interdepartmental teams are promptly updated on product assessments in other LOCs and are adapted to the Italian context Manage evidence throughout the entire product life cycle Adopt a strategic vision based on the flow: outcomes → how → what Guarantee continuous mapping of stakeholders and their engagement Actively contribute to building forecast (strategy & forecast) Own projects in collaboration with RAM with constant reciprocal information exchange Why You? We are searching for professionals with these skills to achieve our objectives: At least 5 years of experience in an analogous role, within structured Market Access & Health Economics teams in a highly specialized pharmaceutical industry. Strong expertise in the specialist field. Solid skills in preparing and developing P&R negotiation strategy and compiling Business Dossiers. Direct and indirect participation in building the strategic Market Access plan in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work independently and proactively, building credibility among internal and external colleagues and influencing decisions. Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business‑oriented strategies/activities. Client‑centric orientation and teamwork across geographic and functional networks. Strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking. Effective problem‑solving and calm handling of complex managerial issues. Demonstrated ability to influence others and operate with credibility and trust. Inter‑functional execution and strong matrix planning, project administration, and organizational skills. Location: Verona, with smartworking possibility.
