PpThe Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‐store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations and drive performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliPerform Opening and Closing Routines. /liliOperate Register/Point of Sale systems. /liliFulfill OMNI Channel Orders. /liliDemonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales. /liliBuild and maintain Visual Displays. /liliAnalyze reporting to inform decision making. /liliProtect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control. /liliRepresent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values. /li /ulh3Work Schedule /h3pAvailability Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
