Phase 1 : Milan, Italy (Rogoredo – Spark 1) Smart Working Phase 3 : Offshore Indonesia About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned Senior FPSO Commissioning Manager to join our project, a multi-phase, high-profile offshore development in Indonesia. The role begins in Milan with coordination activities, followed by on-site execution phases in the onshore yard and offshore Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity to lead commissioning activities on a strategically significant FPSO project with international exposure and long-term project continuity. Key Responsibilities : Act as the main focal point for all commissioning-related activities during each project phase, from design support in Milan to execution in the field. Coordinate closely with the client and multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure alignment on commissioning strategies, plans, and priorities. Prepare and validate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up procedures for complex oil & gas systems. Lead and manage commissioning teams across onshore and offshore phases to deliver systems safely, on time, and in compliance with industry standards. Oversee the completion and integration of critical systems, such as Condensate Handling, MEG Recovery, Utilities, Hull, and Marine Systems. Project Schedule & Conditions : Location : Rogoredo (Spark 1) Remote work flexibility Schedule : 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Duration : From ASAP to April 2026 Phase 2 – Onshore Yard (Indonesia) : Rotation : 75 days on / 21 days off Schedule : 10 hours/day, 6 days/week Duration : May 2026 to September 2027 Phase 3 – Offshore Indonesia : Rotation : 35 days on / 35 days off Schedule : 12 hours/day, 7 days/week Duration : October 2027 to December 2027 Accommodation & Boarding: Provided by the Client Candidate Requirements : Minimum 20 years of Oil & Gas experience, with at least 15 years in commissioning roles on large-scale projects. Demonstrated experience in FPSO commissioning and startup operations. Strong technical knowledge of Condensate Handling, MEG Recovery, Utility, Hull, and Marine Systems. Familiarity with Commissioning Management Systems (CMS) and industry regulations. Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or French is an asset.
