Business Client Development
4. Support the sales team in absence of manager(s) to ensure an extraordinary customer experience to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach
5. Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics
Leadership & Engagement Support
6. Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
7. Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results
8. Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
Operations
9. Uphold & coach brand standards and brand presentation
10. Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers & manager(s) and coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
