The main duty of this position is to maintain computer networks and systems, develop and/or implement change requests, and to support operational staff for incident resolution. This position will also provide support for problem investigations. /p h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field /li liProven experience in digital customer experience management, IT services, or a similar role will be a plus /li liStrong understanding of digital technologies, customer journey mapping, and IT service management (ITSM) /li liExperience with Salesforce CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms will be a plus /li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives /li liKnowledge of Unix-based operating systems, networking tools (Telnet, SSH, FTP/SCP) and standard business software /li liExperience in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, Bash, Java) /li liExperience with API testing (REST, SOAP) will be a plus /li liExperience with DB (MySQL), knowledge of Clickhouse will be a plus /li liKnowledge of automation (Jenkins) and version control systems (Git) will be a plus /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and VMware /li liFluent in English; detail-oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills.
