As part of the Finance Department, IT Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Serve as main point of contact on all IT‑related matters.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive and innovative suggestions for change.
* Manage the process of change, driven by the Group, effectively and by following the Project Governance best practices.
* Manage resources in IT local department.
* Responsible for annual country IT budget.
* Assist in the implementation and major modifications to the infrastructure of the country.
* Oversee the respect of the security rules (i.e. GDPR) at the country level as established by the corporate security department.
* Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure.
* Responsible for fixed and mobile country network.
* Oversee all help desk activities (performed by 3rd parties) at the country level.
* Oversee troubleshooting and interventions and provide experienced support when necessary.
* Respond to escalated help desk issues or divert them to the European support teams.
* Maintain vendor relationships and manage the local purchase of hardware and software products, within the group’s policies and international agreements.
* Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
* Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs.
* Effectively communicate relevant IT‑related information to superiors.

* Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
* 5+ years of IT management experience.
* Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills.
* Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Project and change management experience preferred.
