Job Summary
The Human Resources Project Manager partners with the Director, Human Resources EMEA, to ensure human resources programs and policies related to compensation support the long-term goals of HR team. This position will be the interface to Finance, the global Compensation & Benefits team as well as the EMEA payroll team with regards to any compensation matters. This includes supporting the execution and optimization of all regular compensation processes. The role will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice in the area of compensation across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies
* Conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, job evaluations, providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.
* Key point of contact for our Corporate Finance and global Compensation & Benefits team ensuring the specifics and requirements of the region
* Coordinate all processes around accruals related to compensation with the Finance and EMEA payroll team
* Supports execution of all regular compensation related processes
* Ensures consistency in HR practices across the region
* Facilitates the communication, translation and incorporation of best HR practices related to compensation across businesses in the region
* Performs other projects as required by the business, functional unit and / or HR organization.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of relevant job experience with demonstrated capabilities and impact on results
Additional Qualifications
* Able to deal effectively with ambiguity in a fast pace global environment
* Excellent quantitative and business analytical skills
* High level of self-initiative, drive and willingness to learn and be challenged
* Ability to function effectively within a global, matrix organization and communicate at different levels within the organization
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
