Manage the relationship directly with customers, overseeing their correspondence and supporting them in handling complaints and finding possible solution.
**Requisiti**:
- Previous experience in similar role (minimun 1 years);
- Knowlegde of Automotive Market is a plus;
- Master Degreee is a Plus;
- immediate availability
- Good English language;
- Excellent Spanish language,
- Office in particular excel
- patience and availability
