Role Description DOREA Educational Institute is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic trainer to deliver the Erasmus KA1 staff mobility training course:“Teamwork Means Enhancing Productivity” Dates: September 9-12, 2025 ( 9:00-14:00) Location: Rome, Italy This course is designed for teachers, adult educators, and school staff who want to improve collaboration, communication, and productivity in their institutions. It focuses on team dynamics, emotional intelligence, active listening, conflict resolution, and practical tools for building effective teams. As with all DOREA training courses, the methodology is rooted in non-formal education - meaning experiential learning, active participation, and hands-on activities are central to the training experience. Responsibilities - Design and deliver engaging, activity-based sessions that explore key teamwork and collaboration strategies. - Facilitate role plays, case studies, small group exercises and personal reflection activities. - Encourage intercultural learning, peer support and open dialogue among international participants. - Tailor content to suit educators from a variety of educational settings and backgrounds. Qualifications - Fluent English (course is delivered in English) - Based in or near Rome, Italy - Proven experience in group facilitation, team coaching, or soft skills training - Knowledge of non-formal education and experiential learning methods - Understanding of group dynamics, conflict management, and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for empowering educators and improving team collaboration Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Commission Contract length: 6 months Pay: €150.00 - €200.00 per day Application Question(s): - Do you live in or near Rome?
