Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter, based in Menfi. The Waiter will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, providing menu information, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Additional responsibilities include setting up dining areas, collaborating closely with the kitchen to coordinate accurate orders, and assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
* Basic knowledge of Cooking techniques and menu preparation is a plus
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Proficiency in additional languages, especially Italian, is advantageous
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred
