Job Overview:
The resource will be inserted in the
Service Department
and will be responsible for all the after-sales service support activities related to Hisense White Goods products and solutions in Italy.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Co-operation in the management and development of the Service Network WG and SDA
Technical-support to the Service network on solutions WG and SDA
Co-operation in the control of the activities and related costs of the Service Network.
Organization of training for service networks;
Support in the management of meetings with R&D and in the organization of technical seminars and product training
Support Sales team in training of dealer and installer in case of technical seminars and product training
Management of technical documentation and Service bulletin
Support on-site to Service Network
Requirements required:
At least 3 years of industry experience as a Service technical xrdztoy support;
Preferable knowledge of the WG and SDA product and market;
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Language skills: Native Italian, good English proficiency
What's in it for you:
Gross annual salary (RAL): €35,000 – €45,000, commensurate with experience
