Why This Role Is Right for You As a Head of Identity Management Platforms, you will be part of the "Identity & Privileged Access Management" Organizational Unit, a structure within the Cybersecurity area of the NEXI Group. The unit operates internationally across the entire Group perimeter, ensuring a comprehensive and secure management of the identity and privilege lifecycle in compliance with best practices and security regulations. Due to the extensive perimeter of the Group, a large number of identities and related access privileges is involved in a constantly evolving scenario. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Oversee the entire lifecycle of platforms for Identity and Privileged Access Management (including architecture and solution design, delivery, continuous improvement, etc.). Act as the primary IAG/PAM stakeholder in both business and internal projects and initiatives, interfacing and coordinating with project managers, internal teams, third parties, and other stakeholders. Lead and coordinate the internal team (employees and consultants) on all activities related to PAM — including project delivery, daily operations, incident management, audit support, KPI monitoring, etc. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here's what we value: Essential Qualifications: Strong understanding and experience in the field of Identity Management and Privileged Access Management Solid experience on key IT technologies, architectures and management processes (IT infrastructures, public-cloud, access-management, software development, to name a few), including in-depth knowledge of related IT security aspects, best-practices, standards and regulation Experience on managing and coordinating third-party teams and services Hands-on experience in managing platform lifecycle activities such as upgrades, extensions, integrations, etc. and related support teams Experience in active participation to both internal and external audits (e.g. providing required evidences, defining remediation activities and plans, etc.) Bonus Skills: Specific certifications in the security field such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27KLA, CEH, CCSK, etc. are considered an added value to the candidate profile.
