Nature and aim of the position The Sales & Marketing Strategic Analyst reports to Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and he/she collaborates with CMD, Sales & Marketing teams in order to give consistent reports, analysis and insights to support strategic commercial decisions. Main duties and responsibilities - Internal Reporting to check Commercial Portfolio’s trends (Account, Key Account, Currency Choice) and to identify areas of improvements; - Basic periodic reports like Insight, Commission Report, simple ad hoc analysis - Advanced periodic reports like Business Overview, Weekly Dashboard & DCC Dash - High level request support for CEO Meetings, SBR, Sales Meeting, MPA, special dashboards, TFS-ATM - Marketing Support for Content creation (infographics), data analysis for press, webinars and events - Currency Choice Support for Data analysis for supporting payments team Skills: - Excellent presentation skills and data storytelling - Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely; - Analytical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail - Tool: advanced Excel user, power BI, Microstrategy - Able to communicate at different level both internally & externally - Business oriented - Organized and rational - Adaptive, Open minded and Willing to learn; - Problem Solving; Reporting and collaboration The holder of this position reports to Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and she/he collaborates with: - Managing Director; - Sales Manager, Head of KAM, Marketing Sales Manager, Head of Payments, GB Lounge Manager; - Sales team; - Finance and Administration. Background and Education - University Degree - Good English level - 1-2 years in similar role or previous internship experience - Self-motivation and strong relationship skills are required - Marketing background is a plus - Retail and digital knowledge is a plus
