We are focused on building a payment product that merchants love and that SaaS-providers embrace as a key component of their offering. Our initial focus is on POS and SaaS systems serving bars, restaurants, and cafés. /p pWe strongly believe in building strong teams and scalable execution and are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Team Manager to lead and grow our Italian field sales organization. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Direct Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, scaling, and professionalizing Klearly’s direct sales operations across Mid–North Italy. You will manage a growing team of field sales representatives and ensure consistent performance, high execution quality, and predictable results. /p pYou combine hands‑on leadership with a structured, data‑driven approach. By coaching your team in the field and translating company strategy into clear execution plans, you directly shape how Klearly grows and wins in the Italian market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding, leading, and scaling a direct sales team of field sales representatives across Mid–North Italy. /li liOwning regional sales performance, including targets, pipeline quality, forecasting, and execution discipline. /li liCoaching sales managers and representatives on prospecting, deal qualification, negotiation, and closing. /li liDefining and enforcing best practices for CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales methodology. /li liSpending time in the field with the team through joint visits, deal reviews, and performance coaching. /li liRecruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales talent as the organization scales. /li liActing as the main link between the field and HQ by sharing structured feedback on product, pricing, onboarding, and competition. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in direct sales, including 3–5+ years in a people management role. /li liProven experience managing and scaling field sales teams of 10+ representatives. /li liStrong background in payments, fintech, POS, SaaS, merchant services, or Horeca-related sales. /li liDemonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain high‑performing sales teams. /li liHands‑on leadership style with strong presence in the field. /li liStrong commercial judgment and confidence in value‑based selling and complex negotiations. /li liStructured and data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting. /li liFluent in Italian; English proficiency is required for internal communication. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA senior role with significant impact on Klearly’s growth in Italy. /li liCompetitive fixed salary with a performance‑based variable tied to team and regional results. /li liClear objectives and transparent incentive structure with strong upside for overperformance.Significant career growth opportunities as the Italian organization scales. /li liHigh autonomy and ownership, with the opportunity to shape how Klearly builds and wins in the Italian market. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
