Overview This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. It serves Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by enabling automation, including real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution is supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy. An Associate in this role watches videos of the stowing action at a fulfillment center, uses human judgment in combination with tools to indicate the activity captured in the video, and verifies or marks the location of products through a tool while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This process helps maintain the fulfillment center's stow quality. This is an operational role. Under general supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image audits with a high degree of accuracy and speed, aiding defect reduction. Responsibilities Watch several hundred videos per shift and provide responses focusing on accuracy, speed, and adherence to right/acceptable practices. Follow defined break schedules and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours per day are spent answering videos. If working from home, maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, lighting) and ensure workspace data is protected from unauthorized access. Complete the video/image/text-based audits with high attention to detail and speed, contributing to defect reduction. A note on work arrangements: Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months; able to audit image/video/text-based jobs; capable of identifying details from blurry or less sharp videos; willing to work toward incremental quality and productivity targets; able to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams, and demonstrate strong teamwork; may be required to come to the office for a few days when needed; willing to switch on laptop camera during virtual meetings. Brief videos (typically 15–20 seconds) are reviewed for products stored at fulfillment centers. Audits inform the effectiveness of automated processes and contribute to maintaining stow quality.
