ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB You must have experience in using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, and in building and implementing models. You must also have the ability to analyze Customer Experience processes, identifying critical junctions through the use of the various data sources available in order to find correlations that will guide strategic development choices or identify opportunities for operational improvement.
