The Engineering division of Randstad Professional, Leaders Search and Selection – specializing in the recruitment and selection of middle, senior, and top management – is currently seeking, on behalf of a key client in the Aerospace & Defense sector, a: \r\n\r\n\r\n SYSTEM ENGINEER \r\n\r\n produce Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and interface specifications. \r\n V&V; Activities: Plan and support integration, verification, and validation (V&V;); author test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria. \r\n execute lab and field tests; Configuration Control: Maintain control of documents, models, baselines, and changes (ECR/ECO); manage version control (Git/SVN). \r\n Produce clear documentation in English and Italian (SRS/SSS/SSDD, ICD, installation, test evidence). \r\n Quality & Compliance: operate in compliance with HSE, information security, and export-control requirements. \r\n\r\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems, Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer, or related Engineering. \r\n Experience: Proven track record in systems engineering (requirements, architecture, V&V;) for complex electronic, avionics, or C4I systems. \r\n Documentation Skills: Ability to author high-quality English/Italian technical specs with disciplined configuration management. \r\n Hands-on integration/test skills and use of standard lab instrumentation; Networking: Familiarity with networks and data exchange (Ethernet, routers/switches/firewalls; Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, planning, and time management. \r\n Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). \r\n\r\n Experience with MBSE/Requirements tools (DOORS, Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, MATLAB/Simulink). \r\n KPI dashboards, project governance, risk management, and corrective actions. \r\n familiarity with ALM (RTC/Jira) or PLM (SAP/Teamcenter) tools. \r\n\r\n Contract Type: Fixed-term agency contract (Contract-based role). \r\n Work Location: On-site activity within the Italian national territory
