Immediate start This a dedicated one on one role providing dedicated, round-the-clock support for a 90-year-old lady in her own home in Milanand also travelling with her to Biella, IT. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance. - Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate aids where necessary. - Administer medication as per prescribed schedules. - Prepare and serve nutritious meals while catering to dietary requirements. - Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation and activities. - Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning and laundry. - Accompany the client to appointments, social activities, and errands as required. - Monitor health conditions and report any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. - Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
