Job Description Summary: As a Clinical Education Specialist Vascular, apprentice you will learn how to provide formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased a GE Healthcare Surgery products. Supervised responsibilities may include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses. Supervised responsibilities may include: - Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of vascular product features and benefits. - Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users. - Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training. - Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools. - Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization. Required Qualifications: - TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related. - Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office. - Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows - Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) - Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve - Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset - Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time - Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) - Ability to communicate effectively using local language - Fluent in English and Italian Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
