We seek a Subject Matter Expert specialized in the Core Insurance field, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
You will get the chance to:
Lead the definition of the technological solutions, ensuring that new core systems are scalable, flexible, and coherent with the market;
Analyze "As-Is" processes and redesign them to drive modernization, streamlining operations, and eliminating legacy system constraints;
Oversee functional consistency throughout the implementation phase, ensuring that technical developments remain strictly aligned with business requirements;
Serve as a trusted advisor to high-level stakeholders, challenging the status quo and proposing innovative solutions based on Core Insurance's best practices;
Lead high-level workshops to gather and translate ambiguous business needs into structured, detailed functional specifications for the delivery teams;
Drive critical decisions regarding system configuration, product modeling, and essential integrations.
What will help you succeed:
Proven and solid experience in the Insurance industry, ideally within Tier-1 consulting firms or Business/IT departments of major Insurance Groups;
Extensive knowledge of the Motor Insurance value chain (Pricing, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Renewals);
Proven experience with major Core Insurance platforms;
Significant experience in large-scale Core Replacement or Digital Transformation projects;
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Strong command of Agile and Waterfall frameworks;
English: B2 level or higher, indispensable for communication in global environments.
