QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities
Support the Manager in gathering and preparing documentation for accreditation and authorization requests.
Monitor deadlines and requirements from accreditation bodies and competent authorities.
Keep abreast of major European and national regulations and participate in working groups.
Collaborate on updating, archiving, and disseminating SGQ documentation (procedures, instructions, forms).
Assist in ensuring correct application of company procedures through internal inspection visits, domestically and abroad.
Help organise the logistics and documentation for internal and external audits.
Collect evidence and records required during audits.
Support the management of corrective actions and document follow‐up.
Provide assistance in preparing documentation for the Management Review.
Interface with internal functions to gather information and documents required by the SGQ.
Communicate with external entities, authorities, and organisations on behalf of the Manager.
Organise training activities (materials, attendance, records).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Agro‐food Sciences).
At least one year of experience in quality support, compliance, or technical back‐office roles.
Full‐time availability: 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.
Willingness to travel within and outside the EU.
Strong organisational and document management skills.
Team‐work orientation.
Capacity to manage deadlines and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
ISO 9001 Auditor certification is preferred.
Advanced English language competence (written and spoken).
Contractual Conditions
Employee qualification with remuneration commensurate with experience and acquired competences.
