We are searching for a Manager EMEA Procurement to oversee our dedicated Procurement and Logistics team across Europe. This role presents you with an outstanding opportunity to develop a dynamic team that oversees diverse categories such as IT, Facilities, Fleet, Travel, Labs, and Warehousing. Quality leadership will be crucial as you construct and guide team members, provide necessary resources, and encourage innovation. You will partner with interested parties and members of Global Procurement to push boundaries and accomplish goals. Responsibilities Lead and cultivate an efficient team of procurement and logistics experts, guaranteeing alignment with leaders in Global Procurement. Lead all aspects of indirect procurement and logistics activities in Europe, guiding the team to achieve savings targets and build successful supplier relationships. Encourage and mentor team members, supporting their continuous improvement in negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Cultivate strong supplier relationships and resolve performance issues in alignment with Micron’s strategic goals. Promote a culture of innovation, empowerment, and calculated risk-taking. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in procurement and team management. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Italian. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in German. Experience negotiating large-scale contracts and managing supplier performance. Familiarity with procurement systems and analytics tools.
