Flamma is a CDMO with Headquarters in Chignolo D'Isola (BG). In addition to the headquarters, Flamma also has two production plants in Italy, in Isso (BG) and in Bulgiaco (LC). There are also two other plants abroad, in Philadelphia (USA) and Dalian (China). It is also present with sales offices in Paris (France) and Boston (USA).

We specialize in the cGMP manufacturing of APIs, NCEs, RSMs, & Advanced intermediates (NCEs and generics). We use our expertise in high value chiral materials (specifically amino acid related materials) to provide solutions to customers who not only have need for chiral materials but also clients who have other requirements with a various type of chemistries. In addition, we also manufacture specialty compounds and advanced intermediates for the nutraceutical and cosmetic industries, and we have a variety of niche generic products.
**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT**:
**MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support project management activities by coordinating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct research and gather data on various administrative and business topics, prepare reports, and summarize findings.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, in both English and Italian.
Assist with the development and implementation of corporate strategy and initiatives.Act as a liaison between the Executive and his peers, board members, and stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and other high-level events.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative role.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Bilingual in English and Italian is required.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Legal training or experience in a legal environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
