Position Summary A Day in the Life of the Production Supervisor San Pellegrino Plant: - Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. - Monitor KPIs and performance, turning data into concrete actions to reduce waste and costs. - Manage resources (people, materials, equipment) to achieve production targets safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement and TPM activities, developing technical and operational skills to ensure sustainable performance. - Analyze deviations from targets and lead corrective action plans, challenging the status quo to achieve increasingly ambitious results. - Support preventive and autonomous maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment efficiency. - Train and develop employees through coaching and skill matrices, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
