We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the IK team to assist our staff in their activities. The role of a Sales Administrative Assistant is to assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities, including processing sales orders and invoices, RMAs, and any other supporting activity and documentation. Responsibilities/duties: - Sales order and data entry and supporting documentation - Order invoicing - Handle orders between IK’s regional offices - Liaise with internal and external logistics partners and provide the necessary documentation - Administrative tasks, including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary documents - Provide data and reports to help the sales team - Deal with customer enquiries and issues Skills and Abilities: - Attention to detail - People oriented - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Strong phone handling skills and active listening Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English - Other languages (particularly French, Spanish, German) a strong benefit - Computer proficient, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and familiarity with administrative software - Experience with import/export procedures - 10 years of experience in sales administration / back office or equivalent, dealing with international customers The position is located in Modena, Italy.
