We are looking for a Scrum Master and Product Owner with a background in Agile methodologies and a passion for enabling high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital initiatives by facilitating collaboration between design engineers and software development teams.
Key Responsibilities
support cross-functional teams in developing digital solutions for engineering and manufacturing;
collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, quality) to gather requirements and align priorities;
work closely with Project Managers and Team Leaders to define strategic plans and ensure alignment with business goals;
assist Product Owners in backlog management, user story definition, and prioritization;
track and report progress, risks, and impediments to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields;
experience as a Scrum Master in complex industrial or tech environments;
understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
proficiency with Agile tools (Rally, Confluence, Aha!, etc);
fluent in English (written and spoken).
