Location Milan, Italy
The Account Executive will be responsible for the development, management and growth of European wholesale accounts, ensuring commercial performance, brand positioning and long‑term partnerships aligned with Aquazzura’s luxury standards.
The role reports to the Wholesale Director and works in close collaboration with Operations, Logistics, Finance, VM and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities and General Duties Sales & Commercial Management
* Manage and develop assigned European wholesale accounts (department stores, specialty boutiques, key independents)
* Lead seasonal sales campaigns in Milan showroom, presenting collections to existing and prospective clients
* Prepare and negotiate seasonal budgets under WHS Director supervision
* Monitor sell‑in performance and support sell‑out initiatives
* Identify new business opportunities and expansion within assigned territories
Campaign & Order Management
* Oversee order entry, reorders and consignment management
* Monitor delivery timelines in collaboration with Logistics
* Ensure accurate follow‑up on shipments, payments and customer requests
* Coordinate samples ordering, trafficking and inventory during sales campaigns
* Client Relationship & Brand Representation
* Maintain active and strategic dialogue with clients
* Conduct seasonal store visits across Europe
* Support product training and brand storytelling
* Ensure VM guidelines are respected in partnership with Visual Merchandising team
* Organize and support special events or trunk shows when required
Reporting & Analysis
* Weekly and monthly sales analysis (sell‑in, sell‑out, style performance, market share)
* Competitor and market analysis
* Preparation of business reviews and recap presentations
