Ph3Head of Digital Americas O2C Hub /h3 pAs Head of Digital Americas O2C Hub, you will lead and manage the Order-to-Cash operations across the Americas region within the Global Finance Services (GFS) organization, overseeing teams that support SAP Ariba Cash Collections, SAP Concur Digital Collections and Concur O2I. /p h3Purpose and Objectives /h3 pEnsure operational excellence, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across all O2C-related functions, including billing, cash collection, customer engagement, and integration of new Lines of Business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support the regional management team overseeing Ariba and Concur O2C operations. /li liEnsure successful execution of finance operations in the Americas, including cash collection, billing, and order-to-invoice processes. /li liManage month‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. /li liEngage with senior leadership to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. /li liChampion the adoption of global best practices and ensure process standardization across regions. /li liFoster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the O2C team. /li liAct as a change leader to drive transformation and operational excellence. /li liDesign and implement upskilling and end‑to‑end training initiatives for regional teams. /li liCollaborate with global counterparts to align on cross‑regional strategies and frameworks. /li liDrive integration and onboarding of new business units and Lines of Business into the O2C framework with minimal disruption. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul li5 years of GFS experience (CC, O2I, SDC preferred). /li li2‑5 years of proven leadership experience in finance operations, focused on Order‑to‑Cash processes. /li liStrong understanding of global finance functions, process optimization and shared services environments. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and complex organizational structure. /li liExperience working with cloud‑based platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, etc. strongly preferred. /li liTrack record of driving transformation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. /li liExperience in managing teams and projects. /li liExperience in Transformations and Agile tools. /li liKey commercial business knowledge. /li /ul h3Education and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred. /li liThorough knowledge of SAP FI, SD, Ariba Admin, Concur Salesforce and other collection tools. /li liVery good MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). /li liExcellent English skills. /li liExperience in managing measuring process improvement. /li liInnovative and change‑friendly mindset, interest in pioneering new GFA processes and tools. /li liData‑driven and analytical thinking. /li liStrong sense of responsibility, reliability and quality‑oriented work. /li liStakeholder engagement and escalation management. /li /ul h3Preferred Knowledge and Experience /h3 ul liExperience in sales or interacting with customers. /li liExperience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool. /li liKnowledge of the procure‑to‑pay business process from purchase requisition to payment. /li /ul h3About SAP Ariba and SAP Concur /h3 pSAP Concur is the global leader in integrated travel, expense, and invoice management solutions, while SAP Ariba provides purchasing and supply chain solutions.
