Summary
The new resource will be part of the Knauf Italy Marketing & Product Team and will carry out the following activities:
- Management and optimization of CRM systems with the aim of supporting and developing the CRM culture in the company organization.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Train staff on how to use the CRM system and provide ongoing support
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM
- Educational background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Sales Force)
- Data analysis, CRM segmentation, data extraction and query capabilities
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Italian and English
