Who we are looking forWe are currently seeking a strongly motivated UX/UI Designer with the approach on UI, that will work remotely, but based in Italy.We would expect the successful candidate to have a proven working experience in user research and translating insights from research to your designs.You will be working alongside other designers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving and the creation of quality products is essential.You will identify and prioritize research opportunities to satisfy both business and user goals.You will be working with individuals who are passionate about technology and healthcare, designing and delivering the most innovative products in the Audiology Industry. Main responsibilitiesYou will: Use the tools of the trade like Figma, Figjem, Adobe, Illustrator and Photoshop. Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product. Interface with customers as well as the product squad. Maintain design system quality, organization, and automatization. Collaborate with team lead to translate requirements into high-quality efficient design. Work independently and take ownership of tasks, demonstrating a high level of autonomy. Conduct workshops and presentations with internal stakeholders to align business needs. Be the voice of the team, alongside the Product Managers, ensuring that the products we deliver are aligned with the commercial goals. What you’ll needRequire + years working as a UX/UI designer in a fast-paced environment. Experience in creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions. Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research. Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills. Advising on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience. Experience planning and executing research. Personal/Organisational skills A passion for UX/UI design matters. Ability to work on multiple projects, under deadline pressure. Great attention to details. B level English proficiency. Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude. Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and memory management issues. A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. Commitment & contractFull-time, permanent LocationSmart working. Based in Italy.
