Junior Engineer Intern – Warehouse Operations
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer Intern to join our Warehouse Operations team and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of warehouse processes and actively contribute to daily operations, supporting performance, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do:
- Support the planning and coordination of workforce activities to ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations
- Collaborate closely with the Site Contract Manager to maintain high service levels while optimizing efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, contributing to performance tracking and reporting for the management team
- Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of process optimization initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness
What we are looking for:
- Degree (or ongoing studies) in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
