Experteer OverviewAs Senior E-Invoicing Specialist P2P, you will own global e-invoicing compliance and drive the digital transformation of P2P processes. You will translate regulatory requirements into SAP, Coupa, and middleware designs, partnering with Tax, Legal, IT, and vendors to support global rollouts. You’ll optimize invoice flows, establish controls and KPIs, and act as the main escalation point for e-invoicing across regions. This role offers impact across a multi-national finance function and the chance to shape our global e-invoicing program.Retribuzione / BenefitsMonitor global e-invoicing, CTC, and e-reporting mandate changes and assess impactsTranslate regulatory and tax requirements into functional and technical standards for SAP, Coupa, and integrationsPartner with Tax, Legal, IT and external providers to ensure end-to-end complianceLead integration and design alignment with e-invoicing service providers and government platformsSupport supplier enablement and provide guidance on data elements and submission formatsMaintain global process documentation, controls, KPIs, and audit support for e-invoicingServe as primary escalation point for e-invoicing issues across regionsIdentify opportunities to automate invoice validation, reduce exceptions, and improve P2P cycle timesProvide SME guidance, training, and change management during deployments and go-livesResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field5+ years of e-invoicing, P2P, AP, indirect tax, or finance transformation experienceStrong knowledge of global CTC and e-invoicing models (Italy SdI, Poland KSeF, India IRP, LATAM, PEPPOL)Experience with ERP/AP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Pagero, or similar platformsFamiliarity with integration standards (API/EDI/UBL/XML) including mapping and testing methodologiesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; global experience preferredExperience in multinational environments with diverse regional/local requirementsCollaborative and approachable, with ability to explain both the how and whyDeep process and systems mindset with focus on problem-solving and measurable outcomes#J-18808-Ljbffr
