will be responsible for the entire process of installation, technical assistance, and maintenance of access control hardware and software systems.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Technician will collaborate with Project Managers and internal Technical Offices and will interface directly with clients during on-site interventions.
4. Main Responsibilities
Perform installation, technical support, and repair interventions at customers according to the assigned schedule.
Comply with the times, SLA, and quality standards provided by commercial agreements and internal procedures.
In case of malfunctions, act to reduce downtime, involving the hotline or other technicians if necessary.
Prepare and complete the documentation of the activities carried out. Collaborate internally in repair activities, testing, and material preparation.
Support technical warehouse activities and component reordering.
Participate in internal training sessions and continuous technical education.
Maintain professional and customer-oriented behavior during all on-site activities.
5. Required Skills (Hard Skills)
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics;
Experience in installation, assistance, and maintenance of systems;
Hardware assembly and wiring of systems and control units;
Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN networks;
