Pardgroup S.p.A, a leading company in the sectors of Operational Marketing in GDO / GDS, Retail Services, and Sales, is seeking to strengthen its team by hiring a Back Office professional for the Instore Promotion sector.
The selected candidate, within the Instore Promotion division, will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating and supporting a team of promoters: making phone contacts for scheduling, managing issues, anomalies, etc.
2. Implementing files related to monthly planning (e.g., working days) and other management files;
3. Collaborating with the HR department for hiring, temporary contracts, and submitting attendance reports at the end of the month.
4. Full-time employment.
5. Compensation package: fixed monthly salary and Ticket Restaurant;

The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a team-oriented attitude.
