SALES ASSISTANT\n\nSalary: **Negotiable**\n\nReports to: Store Manager\n\nType of Contract: Temporary, Full-Time\n\nMain duties:\n\nTo provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.\n\nThe Role:\n\n- To maximize sales for the store;\n- To develop enduring relationships with clients;\n- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;\n- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;\n- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;\n- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;\n- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;\n- To handle returns of merchandise;\n- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;\n- To support the team on the general operations of the “The Bridge” store;\n- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;\n- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;\n- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;\n- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.\n\nThe Candidate:\n\n- at least, 3 years of working experience in the role\n- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;\n- Retail or service industry experience;\n- Great customer service and people skills;\n- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
