WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE
- Secondary school education in tourism or languages; a degree in Languages or Tourism is appreciated.
- At least 1 year experience in direct sales; experience with Tour Operators is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging with Guests and supporting sales activities.
- Strong sociability, curiosity, warmth, and welcoming attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in English (mandatory B2 level) and at least two additional languages (Italian, German, French, Spanish) at high proficiency (B2 level).

You will be part of the Land Experience Team onboard, helping Guests discover excursions and creating memorable moments through personalized recommendations and quality service.
Guest Interaction & Sales
- Promote and sell excursion packages aligned with Guest interests and Company targets.
- Support MyTours desk operations, ensuring accurate information and smooth interactions.
- Communicate professionally to guide Guests in selecting the best Land Experiences.
- Adapt sales approaches based on Guest preferences and product knowledge.
Operational Support
- Assist excursion dispatch operations to ensure smooth flow and minimize waiting times.
- Attend excursions to monitor quality, address issues, and ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Provide language support during excursions when required.
- Ensure Guest compliance with safety standards during excursions.
Back-Office & Coordination
- Manage specific back-office tasks (e.g., VIP cases, special attention requests).
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other onboard teams to align sales goals and operational priorities.
- Support budget alignment and cost control activities as instructed by the Manager.
Safety & Service Quality
- Handle Guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Support injured Guests during excursions when required.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by following company safety procedures.
