Coesia has 141 operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of about billion euros and over 8,000 employees. /ph3About the Role /h3pIdeal profile will be a Software / Electronic or Automation engineer who will join Comas to design, develop and commission control software for the machines or full lines that our company produces. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliBased on client’s URS, perform functional analysis for proposed machines or lines, interfacing also with mechanical designers /liliFDS and technical (software design) documents creation /liliThe candidate will be fully integrated into the team that develops automation solution. This activity is handled in some cases with direct engagement on the programming activities (PLC, SCADA, etc.) or by supervision of other resources /liliEnsure software compliance with all the requirements / standards of the Customer /liliFor specific or critical equipment, candidate could be also involved for software commissioning activities at Customer’s site /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSoftware / Electronic / Automation / Mechatronic Engineering studies or equivalent experience /liliGood knowledge of at least one of the most common automation development tools (Siemens TIA Portal 15-20 / Siemens Step 7, Rockwell RSLogix 5000 V28-35) and common fieldbuses (Profinet, Ethernet / IP, EtherCAT, etc.) /liliExperience of at least 2 / 3 years in the same or similar role /liliBasic knowledge of SCADA platforms Archestra System Platform, WinCC, Ignition) /liliAvailable for business trips for plants commissioning at Customers’ sites /liliGood knowledge of the English Language /liliAble to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines /liliFlexible, proactive approach to achieve team goals in a dynamic team environment /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliKnowledge of concepts and typical interfacing protocols OPC UA, MQTT, etc.) /liliKnowledge of Visual Studio C#, Python or other high level language /liliKnowledge of typical databases MS SQL, InFlux, etc.) /liliKnowledge industrial process controls and industrial machinery for non-discrete, batch-oriented processes.
