Responsibilities: - Develop seasonal product strategies that align with business goals, brand positioning, and market trends - Define pricing and assortment plans to keep our collections competitive and profitable - Collaborate across design, product, marketing, and sales to craft standout, on-brand product offerings - Forecast demand and manage inventory across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale to ensure stock is always optimized - Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine assortment, pricing, and promotional tactics continuously - Partner with Key Accounts and sales teams—gathering insights, providing training, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize sales - Lead seasonal collection presentations and offer ongoing support to empower our sales force Qualifications: - 5 years’ experience in Performance Activewear & Teamsports Apparel merchandising with international exposure. - Strong knowledge of fashion and athletic trends, with the ability to anticipate future shifts. - Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software is a plus. - Proven success in international markets, with a solid grasp of global consumer behavior and market dynamics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Availability to travel (up to 30% of the time).
