Ph3Project Development Director /h3 h3Position Summary /h3 pAs the Project Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical, environmental, and decision-making aspects of the company's projects, both ongoing and new opportunities. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating a diverse and talented multidisciplinary team, including engineers, environmentalists, agronomists, legal, and financial professionals, to achieve the "ready to build" status of the company's projects in the fields of photovoltaic, wind, renewable gases, and storage. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Management /h3 ulliOversee the technical, environmental, and decision-making aspects of the company's projects in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. /liliCoordinate and lead the multidisciplinary team to achieve the "ready to build" status for projects, including Opportunity, Permitting, and Construction support phases. /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ulliIdentify, supervise, and manage project risks, ensuring that the client's interests, construction companies, and the company are attended to appropriately. /li /ul h3Project Strategy /h3 ulliEstablish technical and environmental criteria for the company's projects in collaboration with the company's headquarters. /liliDevelop customized strategies for each project to ensure successful outcomes. /li /ul h3Project Development /h3 ulliMonitor and control project development timelines and milestones. /liliTransfer projects in the "Ready to Build" phase to the Construction team and provide support during the construction phase. /li /ul h3Opportunity Analysis /h3 ulliAnalyze new projects and opportunities to determine feasibility and alignment with company goals. /li /ul h3Due Diligence and Evaluation /h3 ulliConduct legal and technical due diligence for project assessment. /liliEvaluate signed agreements and commitments made during project development with promoters, third parties, or clients. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Relations /h3 ulliEstablish and maintain positive relationships with administration, business partners, customers, landowners, suppliers, and relevant industry players. /li /ul h3Economic and Technical Performance /h3 ulliEnsure the economic and technical profitability of the company's projects. /liliProvide progress and risk reports to clients. /li /ul h3Contractual Management /h3 ulliOversee the contractual management of the company's portfolios, ensuring compliance with commitments made to clients and third parties. /liliCoordinate reporting and communication with clients to ensure project progress. /li /ul h3Process and Protocol Development /h3 ulliEstablish management models and protocols within the department and company to guarantee efficient information flow. /li /ul h3Cost Control and Analysis /h3 ulliMonitor and analyze department, portfolio, and project costs. /li /ul h3Representation and External Relations /h3 ulliAct as a representative of the company before administration, media, and other relevant parties. /li /ul h3Project Closure and New Technologies /h3 ulliSupport the closing of operations related to projects, including purchase-sale, due diligence, and financing searches. /liliForm and lead a team dedicated to originating "In-house" projects and exploring new technologies. /li /ul h3High-level Decision Support /h3 ulliPrepare technical-economic analysis to support high-level decision-making. /li /ul h3Problem Solving and Improvement /h3 ulliIdentify problems, propose solutions, and implement measures to improve company efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ul h3Growth and Expansion /h3 ulliIdentify growth and expansion opportunities and collaborate with other company departments to develop joint plans. /li /ul h3Inter-Departmental Coordination /h3 ulliCoordinate resource allocation across departments to optimize project development. /li /ul pJoin our dynamic team as the Project Development Director and contribute to the advancement of renewable energy projects, environmental sustainability, and the growth of our organization.
