Experteer Overview As a Technical Marketing Engineer at Littelfuse, you bridge R&D and Go-To-Market teams to translate engineering concepts into customer-ready content. You will develop technical marketing materials, support datasheets and white papers, and keep toolkits and derating data up to date. You collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, FAEs, and Marketing to ensure product readiness and market understanding. Your work enables effective technical communication, supporting global product launches and customer engagements. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop technical marketing specifications and documentation (PDS, technical content) for assigned product families
Create and maintain customer-facing materials communicating features, applications, and specs
Support datasheets, glossary, application notes, and white papers to improve product understanding
Maintain Fuseology tools, derating data, and time-current curves for low/high voltage portfolios
Support benchmark studies and competitive analysis for relevant product categories
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Business Development to align with GTM roadmaps
Provide technical training to FAEs, Sales, and internal stakeholders
Define and coordinate technical toolkits and sample kit availability for engagement and sales
Participate in international standards committees (ISO, IEC, VDA) to support fuse/protection standards
Support customer meetings with technical guidance and application examples
Work with Marketing/digital teams to develop technical content for websites and campaigns
Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements
Drive continuous improvement in technical communication internally and externally
Foster effective cross-functional communication across global units
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
5-7 years in product design, applications engineering, technical marketing, or related electrical/electronic component roles
Experience in global manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic products and customer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical content
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience creating datasheets, application notes, or white papers
Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with technical data analysis/presentation tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in international, collaborative settings
Experience supporting industry standards activities or technical committees is a plus
