Purpose:
The sales representative's goal is to develop sales and build long-term customer loyalty in the designated area. They ensure the implementation of sales activities such as product availability, positioning, promotion, and pricing to ensure continuous positive revenue growth and overall profitability.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow sales in terms of revenue and margin.
* Align the company's overall strategy with customer needs and the sales plan.
* Ensure optimal internal communication to contribute to sales success and key account management.
* Present sales materials, including presentations and relevant products, effectively to customers and end-users.
* Maximize the effectiveness of all account activities.
* Maintain close relationships with customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
* High school diploma or degree.
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
* Clear and precise communication skills.
* Effective presentation skills to keep the audience engaged.
* Market awareness to understand modern market dynamics, decision impacts, and customer needs.
* Negotiation skills to maximize returns and ensure advantageous situations for the company and clients.
* Financial understanding to promote sales and margins effectively.
