The Account Health Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. We obsess over providing world class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our partners better serve their customers.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary interface between Amazon and business partners, providing timely and accurate operational support to Sellers on the Amazon platform.
* Deliver world-class support to Sellers, aiming to predict needs before problems arise and develop innovative self-help tools.
* Address chronic system issues, propose process improvements, and contribute to internal documentation while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Seller experience and support documentation.
* Participate in an inbound/outbound voice process with rotational shifts and flexible scheduling as per business requirements.

About the team
The Account Health Support Specialist acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. The Specialist provides timely and accurate operational support to Sellers on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will have a strong record of customer focus and will address chronic system issues, contribute to process improvements, develop internal documentation, and maintain adherence to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
Basic Qualifications
* Speak, write, and read fluently in French
* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an undergraduate degree
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
